【摘要】：目的:縮短靜脈藥物集中調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)臨時醫(yī)囑配置時間,保障患者及時用藥。方法:應(yīng)用六西格瑪方法的定義、測量、分析、改善、控制五步法,對我院2015年3月9-22日(改進前)PIVAS臨時醫(yī)囑工作流程中的各環(huán)節(jié)耗時進行分析,找出關(guān)鍵控制點,制訂相關(guān)措施并改進;再次收集分析2015年7月27日-8月9日(改進后)的臨時醫(yī)囑工作流程中的各環(huán)節(jié)耗時,評價改進效果。結(jié)果:將工作流程中的分配輸液批次、核對貼簽、配制、復(fù)核包裝、藥品配送等環(huán)節(jié)耗時總長控制在120 min內(nèi)確定為質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵點;通過制訂及實施改進信息系統(tǒng)、調(diào)整配制順序及靈活調(diào)動人員崗位等各項措施,使改進后前3批臨時醫(yī)囑的配置總時長分別約為120、98、77 min,與改進前比較分別縮短了約30、50、55 min(P0.05)。結(jié)論:我院應(yīng)用六西格瑪方法縮短了臨時醫(yī)囑配置時長,制訂的措施有效、方法可行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to shorten the intravenous drug control center (PIVAS) temporary order allocation time, ensure timely treatment of patients. Methods: the definition, application of Six Sigma Methods of measurement, analysis, improvement and control of five steps in our hospital on March 2015 9-22 (before the improvement) was analyzed by PIVAS temporary medical advice in the working process of each link takes and find out the key control points, formulate relevant measures and improvement; again to collect and analysis the July 27, 2015 -8 9 (improved) time of each link of temporary orders in the process, evaluate the improvement. Results: the distribution of workflow in batches of infusion, check the label, preparing, checking and packaging, drug distribution and other aspects of time the length of control in 120 min to determine the key points of the quality planning and implementation; through the improvement of information system, adjust the preparation sequence and flexible use of personnel and other measures, the temporary orders improved 3 batches of configuration The total duration is about 120,98,77 min, which is shortened by about 30,50,55 min (P0.05) compared with the previous improvement. Conclusion: the application of Six Sigma method in our hospital shortens the allocation time of the temporary physician orders, and the measures are effective and feasible.
