我國(guó)青少年兒童近視患病率逐年升高,并逐漸呈現(xiàn)出低齡化、快進(jìn)展及高度近視占比增加的趨勢(shì)。高度近視與諸多包括視網(wǎng)膜脫離、青光眼、白內(nèi)障和黃斑變性等在內(nèi)的諸多并發(fā)癥密切相關(guān),嚴(yán)重者可致盲。因此,兒童近視的早期預(yù)防及有效控制已成為一個(gè)亟待解決的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。該文對(duì)青少年兒童近視的現(xiàn)有防控手段包括戶外活動(dòng)、框架眼鏡、角膜接觸鏡及藥物等進(jìn)行綜述。
