【摘要】：目的:比較植入REZOOM、Acri.Lisa366D和Tecnis ZMA00三種不同特性多焦點(diǎn)人工晶狀體的術(shù)后視覺質(zhì)量。方法:選取2008年9月～2010年3月期間,在天津市眼科醫(yī)院白內(nèi)障中心行白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)聯(lián)合多焦點(diǎn)人工晶狀體植入術(shù)患者,分別植入REZOOM、Acri.Lis、Tecnis ZMA00。術(shù)后隨診復(fù)查,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查視覺質(zhì)量,以Colenbrander Mixed Contrast Card Set視力測(cè)試卡分別測(cè)量高/低對(duì)比度條件下,最佳矯正遠(yuǎn)視力下的中、近視力。以iTrace視覺功能分析儀檢查得出5、10、15、20、25、以及30cpd空間頻率的調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)(MTF)、眼內(nèi)像差及瞳孔直徑。以iTrace3.12軟件分析3種人工晶狀體眼在4mm瞳孔直徑下的MTF。結(jié)果:三組最佳矯正遠(yuǎn)視力比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。最佳矯正遠(yuǎn)視力下的中視力,三組在高對(duì)比度條件下比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),REZOOM低于另2組;低對(duì)比度條件下比較,3組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。最佳矯正遠(yuǎn)視力下的中視力3組在高/低對(duì)比度條件下比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3組調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)在4mm瞳孔直徑下比較,在5cpd、10cpd、15cpd、20cpd間頻率下的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。眼內(nèi)像差三組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:三種多焦點(diǎn)人工晶狀體術(shù)后在遠(yuǎn)視力方面表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀且差異不大,在中距離視力和近視力方面也都有良好表現(xiàn),但同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)出了一定的差異。而術(shù)后的視覺癥狀如眩光、光暈等三種人工晶狀體沒有出現(xiàn)對(duì)生活的影響。對(duì)于調(diào)制函傳遞數(shù)的表現(xiàn),作為非球面多焦點(diǎn)人工晶狀體的Acri.Lisa366D和Tecnis ZMA00表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于球面設(shè)計(jì)的REZOOM。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the postoperative visual quality of rezommonus Acri.Lisa 366D and Tecnis ZMA00.Methods: from September 2008 to March 2010, patients underwent cataract phacoemulsification combined with multi-focus intraocular lens implantation in the Center of Cataract, Tianjin Ophthalmology Hospital.The visual quality was investigated with Colenbrander Mixed Contrast Card Set visual acuity test card. The middle and near visual acuity of the best corrected far visual acuity was measured under the condition of high / low contrast.The iTrace visual function analyzer was used to detect the 30cpd spatial frequency, the modulation transfer function (MTF), the intraocular aberration and the pupil diameter.The MTF of three kinds of intraocular lens under the pupil diameter of 4mm were analyzed by iTrace3.12 software.Results: there was no significant difference in the best corrected far visual acuity among the three groups (P 0.05).Under the best corrected far visual acuity, the difference between the three groups under the condition of high contrast was statistically significant, and the difference of REZOOM between the three groups was lower than that in the other two groups, but there was no significant difference among the three groups under the condition of low contrast.The difference of intraocular aberration among the three groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: the three kinds of multifocal intraocular lens have excellent and little difference in far visual acuity and good performance in middle distance vision and near visual acuity, but also show some differences.The postoperative visual symptoms such as glare, halo and other three kinds of intraocular lens did not affect life.For the performance of modulation function transfer number, Acri.Lisa366D and Tecnis ZMA00, as aspheric multi-focus intraocular lens, are better than the spherical design REZOOM.
