【摘要】：為了探究犬青光眼小梁切除術(shù)后濾過泡形態(tài)與眼壓的關(guān)系。通過對48只犬眼行小梁切除術(shù),術(shù)后觀察記錄不同時間點濾過泡形態(tài)及相應眼壓。結(jié)果Ⅰ型與Ⅱ型、Ⅱ型與Ⅲ型濾過泡之間眼壓差異極顯著,Ⅲ型與Ⅳ型濾過泡之間眼壓差異不顯著。表明犬眼小梁切除術(shù)后濾過泡形態(tài)與眼壓具有一定的關(guān)系。從Ⅰ型到Ⅲ型濾過泡,眼壓逐漸升高。形成Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型濾過泡時,眼壓間無明顯差別。
