腘動(dòng)脈分支解剖及變異的CTA研究

目的:利用下肢動(dòng)脈CTA分析中國(guó)天津地區(qū)人口胭動(dòng)脈分支的解剖及變異特點(diǎn),為臨床手術(shù)及介入治療提供影像學(xué)和解剖學(xué)幫助。材料和方法:回顧性分析2009.8至2013.4期間于天津市天津(天和)醫(yī)院放射科行下肢CTA檢查的807例患者的影像資料(男587例,女220例,共計(jì)1614支下肢CTA圖像),中位年齡67歲(18-92歲),使用VR、MIP等圖像后處理方法觀察入組病例的胭動(dòng)脈分支及變異情況,總結(jié)胭動(dòng)脈分支解剖及變異類型,統(tǒng)計(jì)各類型的發(fā)生率。測(cè)量常見類型胭動(dòng)脈第1分支開口距脛骨平臺(tái)的距離,第1、2分支開口間距以及第1分支與主干間夾角。每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量3次并求其平均值。使用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,計(jì)數(shù)資料采用卡方檢驗(yàn),計(jì)量資料采用t檢驗(yàn)或ANOVA,以P<0.05為差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:1)下肢CTA圖像中686例患者為雙側(cè)入組,121例為單側(cè)入組,共計(jì)入組支數(shù)為1493支。其中男性1115支,女性378支。686例患者中有624例(90.96%)左右兩側(cè)胭動(dòng)脈分型相同(兩側(cè)同為Ⅰ型的為611例,89.07%;同為Ⅱ型的4例,0.58%;同為Ⅲ型的9例,1.31%),62例...
