血清e(cuò)ndocan水平與心血管疾病關(guān)聯(lián)性的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的:評(píng)價(jià)血清e(cuò)ndocan與心血管疾病(CVD)的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬(wàn)方、維普、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)(SinoMed),檢索自建庫(kù)以來(lái)至2017年3月1日發(fā)布的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提取數(shù)據(jù)后,采用Stata 12軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共13篇研究符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),累計(jì)病例數(shù)1 356例,對(duì)照組946例。Meta分析結(jié)果表明,高血壓、冠心病、冠狀動(dòng)脈(冠脈)血流緩慢患者血清Endocan水平較對(duì)照組升高,其合并標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化均數(shù)差值及其95%CI分別為0.69(0.30~1.09)、0.99(0.51~1.39)、0.62(0.45~0.78)(均P0.01)。進(jìn)一步分析,高血壓發(fā)生冠心病的患者血清e(cuò)ndocan水平高于單純高血壓患者[0.61(0.30~0.92),P0.01]。結(jié)論:血清e(cuò)ndocan水平可能是CVD發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素,但其病因關(guān)聯(lián)性仍需隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)研究進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the relationship between serum endocan and cardiovascular disease (CVD). Methods: the Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science, China knowledge Network (CNKI), Wanfang, Vipp and China Biomedical Literature Service system (SinoMed), were searched by computer to retrieve the relevant literature published from the establishment of the database to March 1, 2017. After extracting the data, Meta analysis was carried out with Stata 12 software. Results: a total of 13 studies met the inclusion criteria, with a cumulative number of 1556 cases and a control group of 946 cases.
