【摘要】：正1指南制定說明1.1制定目的當(dāng)前,估計(jì)我國高血壓患病人數(shù)已達(dá)2.7億。包括腦卒中、冠心病、心力衰竭、腎臟疾病在內(nèi)的高血壓嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥致殘和致死率高,已成為我國家庭和社會(huì)的沉重負(fù)擔(dān)。然而,高血壓可防可控。研究表明,降壓治療可降低腦卒中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)35%~40%,降低心肌梗死風(fēng)險(xiǎn)20%~25%,降低心力衰竭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)超過50%。因此,預(yù)防和控制高血壓,是遏制我國心腦血管疾病流行的核心策略。
[Abstract]:For the purpose of developing the guideline 1.1, it is estimated that the number of hypertension in China has reached 270 million. The severe complications of hypertension, including stroke, coronary heart disease, heart failure and kidney disease, have become a heavy burden on the family and society of our country. However, high blood pressure can be controlled. The results show that the risk of stroke can be reduced by 35% ~ 40%, the risk of myocardial infarction is 20% ~ 25%, and the risk of heart failure is more than 50%. Therefore, the prevention and control of hypertension is the core strategy to contain the epidemic of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in China.
