某社區(qū)中年人群體質(zhì)指數(shù)和腰圍身高比與血壓的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的分析比較某社區(qū)中年人群體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)和腰圍身高比(waist-to-height ratio,WHtR)與血壓的關(guān)系及其對高血壓的預(yù)測效果。方法以在金昌市金川區(qū)某社區(qū)開展的健康行為因素調(diào)查中4 088例中年人為研究對象,采用線性回歸模型比較血壓(收縮壓和舒張壓)隨BMI及WHtR的數(shù)量變化,并用受試者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲線評價BMI及WHtR對高血壓的預(yù)測效果及適宜切點。結(jié)果該社區(qū)中年人群的收縮壓和舒張壓均隨著BMI、WHtR的增大而升高,且BMI對血壓的升高作用大于WHtR。多元線性回歸分析中,WHtR與不同性別中年人群收縮壓、舒張壓均無相關(guān)關(guān)系。男性BMI較WHtR對高血壓的預(yù)測效果更優(yōu)(Z=2.06,P=0.020),女性BMI較WHtR對高血壓的預(yù)測效果也更優(yōu)(Z=1.77,P=0.038)。結(jié)論該社區(qū)中年人群中BMI與血壓(收縮壓和舒張壓)的相關(guān)性較WHtR強,應(yīng)將BMI≥24.0 kg/m2和(或)WHtR≥0.5的中年人群做為該社區(qū)高血壓防控的重點人群。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and compare the relationship between body mass index (body mass index,BMI), waist circumference height ratio (waist-to-height ratio,WHtR) and blood pressure in middle-aged people in a community and its predictive effect on hypertension. Methods A total of 4088 middle-aged people were investigated on health behavior factors in Jinchuan District of Jinchang City. Linear regression model was used to compare the changes of blood pressure (systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure) with the quantity of BMI and WHtR. The predictive effect and suitable cut point of BMI and WHtR on hypertension were evaluated by (receiver operating characteristic,ROC) curve. Results systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased with the increase of BMI,WHtR in middle-aged people in this community, and the effect of BMI on blood pressure was greater than that of WHtR.. In multiple linear regression analysis, WHtR was not correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure in middle-aged people of different genders.
