[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Qigong yoga on blood pressure and quality of life in patients with essential hypertension, and to provide a suitable exercise method for the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of hypertension. Methods: sixty patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). Both groups were treated with routine drugs, while the control group was not treated with any exercise intervention. In the experimental group, the exercise prescription of Qigong yoga was designed by the author. The exercise frequency was twice a day for at least 30 minutes at a time, and at least 5 days a week for 3 months. At the end of the experiment, the changes of blood pressure, TCM syndrome score and the dimension integral of quality of life in the two groups were observed before and after the experiment. Results: compared with the control group before and after treatment, the experimental group was superior to the control group in the change of blood pressure, and there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P0.0001). In terms of the change of TCM syndrome score, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment (P0.001). Compared with the control group, the experimental group was superior to the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.0001). In terms of the score of quality of life, there was a very significant statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment (P0:01-P0.001), which showed that the performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: 1. The effect of new Qigong yoga combined with conventional drugs on blood pressure is better than that of conventional drugs alone. 2. The new Qigong yoga can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension, and has a positive impact on it. The new Qigong yoga has a positive effect on improving TCM syndromes. 4. Before the experiment, the quality of life of patients with hypertension was generally lower, and the quality of life of patients with hypertension was significantly improved after three months of Qigong yoga, and the improvement effect of energy (VT:Vitality) in male patients was significantly higher than that in women. In terms of physiological function (RP:Role-Physical), the improvement effect of female patients was significantly higher than that of men. 5. The new Qigong yoga has a significant effect on blood pressure control, stable and no side effects in patients with hypertension, and can be used as an auxiliary treatment for lowering blood pressure and regulating blood pressure. 6. The new Qigong yoga is simple and easy to learn, less physical consumption, good effect of stimulating meridians and collaterals and acupoints, high safety, no side effects, no restrictions on weather, place and time. In addition to being an auxiliary prescription for non-drug treatment of hypertension patients, it is also suitable for daily health care campaigns of the public.
