【摘要】：目的:測(cè)定慢性心衰(CHF)患者血清CA125、CysC的濃度,聯(lián)合B型鈉尿肽(BNP)、心臟超聲數(shù)據(jù),研究慢性心衰患者心功能與CA125、Cys C的關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究此類患者心率變異性的改變,以期為此病的早發(fā)現(xiàn)和病情監(jiān)測(cè)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:收集70例CHF患者資料,遵循NYHA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分I/II、III、IV三組。并選40例健康人為健康組。采集所有入組者的心率變異性數(shù)值及血液標(biāo)本,測(cè)CA125、CysC、BNP值,比較各組CA125、Cys C水平及心率變異性差異;分析所有心衰患者血清CA125、Cys C與BNP、LVEF、LVEDd的相關(guān)性。1、CHF患者血清CA125值高于健康者,并隨心衰加重而逐步升高。與外周血清BNP水平呈正相關(guān),與LVEF呈負(fù)相關(guān),與LVEDd呈正相關(guān)。2、CHF患者血清Cys C值高于健康者,并隨心衰加重而逐步升高。與外周血清BNP水平呈正相關(guān),與LVEF呈負(fù)相關(guān),與LVEDd呈正相關(guān)。3、CHF患者SDANN較健康者有明顯降低,且隨心衰加重而逐步降低;NYHAIII組、IV組患者SDNN較健康者明顯降低,且隨心衰加重而逐步降低。結(jié)論:CHF患者心律變異性較健康人明顯降低,并隨心衰加重而降低;外周血清CA125、CysC高于健康人,并隨心衰加重而升高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine the concentration of serum CA125,CysC in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and to study the relationship between cardiac function and CA125,CysC in patients with chronic heart failure (CRF) combined with B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), cardiac ultrasound data.
