【摘要】：Th22是近幾年新發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種輔助型T細(xì)胞亞群。Th22細(xì)胞及其主要的細(xì)胞因子白細(xì)胞介素22(IL-22)被證實(shí)在各種自身免疫疾病及慢性炎性疾病如類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、銀屑病、慢性異位性皮炎、哮喘、系統(tǒng)性硬化癥等患者中均表達(dá)異常。然而關(guān)于Th22細(xì)胞及IL-22在冠心病中的作用及發(fā)病機(jī)制尚未明確。如能明確Th22及IL-22作用于冠心病的作用機(jī)制,可作為防治冠心病的新思路和新靶點(diǎn)。本文就Th22及其主要細(xì)胞因子IL-22的最新研究進(jìn)展及臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀做一全面綜述。
[Abstract]:Th22 is a newly discovered helper T cell subgroup Th.22 cells and its main cytokine IL-22 (IL-22) has been confirmed in various autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis. Abnormal expression was found in patients with chronic atopic dermatitis, asthma, systemic sclerosis and so on. However, the role and pathogenesis of Th22 cells and IL-22 in coronary heart disease are not clear. If we can clarify the mechanism of Th22 and IL-22 acting on coronary heart disease, it can be used as a new idea and target for prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. In this paper, the latest research progress and clinical application of Th22 and its main cytokine IL-22 are reviewed.
