【摘要】：目的探討低骨密度(包括骨質(zhì)疏松與骨量減少)與非糖尿病性冠心病患者冠狀動脈病變嚴重程度的相關(guān)性。方法入選156例因胸痛入院的非糖尿病患者,收集一般臨床資料和常規(guī)檢驗指標結(jié)果,采用冠狀動脈造影明確冠心病,按照冠狀動脈病變血管數(shù)進行分組:無冠狀動脈病變組(非冠心病組)、單支病變組、雙支病變組、三支病變組。64排螺旋CT掃描機測定冠狀動脈鈣化積分,按冠狀動脈鈣化積分分組:無鈣化組(10分)、輕度鈣化組(10~100分),中度鈣化組(100~400分)、重度鈣化組(400分)。雙能X線骨密度儀測定骨密度水平,根據(jù)檢查結(jié)果分為骨質(zhì)疏松組、骨量減少組和骨量正常組,比較三組間冠狀動脈病變程度的差異。結(jié)果隨著冠狀動脈狹窄程度和鈣化程度的加重,低骨密度發(fā)病率呈升高趨勢。骨量減少組和骨質(zhì)疏松組冠狀動脈狹窄程度和鈣化程度明顯高于骨量正常組,三組間比較有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論低骨密度可能是血糖正常的冠心病患者冠狀動脈狹窄及鈣化程度的獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between low bone mineral density (including osteoporosis and bone mass reduction) and the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with non-diabetic coronary heart disease. Methods 156 non-diabetic patients admitted to hospital because of chest pain were enrolled in this study. the general clinical data and the results of routine test were collected and coronary angiography was used to determine coronary heart disease. According to the number of coronary artery lesions: no coronary artery disease group (non-coronary heart disease group), single vessel disease group, double vessel disease group, three vessel disease group.
