【摘要】：目的觀察解毒活血配方顆粒沖服對(duì)經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入術(shù)(PCI)患者的圍術(shù)期心肌損傷的影響。方法 160例接受PCI術(shù)的心絞痛患者隨機(jī)分為解毒活血組(n=84)和對(duì)照組(n=76),解毒活血組給予常規(guī)治療同時(shí)術(shù)前第7天給予解毒活血配方顆粒沖服,每日1劑。對(duì)照組給予基礎(chǔ)藥物治療。測(cè)定PCI術(shù)前及術(shù)后12 h、24 h的血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和肌鈣蛋白I(cTn I)濃度。結(jié)果解毒活血組PCI術(shù)后12 h、24 h cTn I和CK-MB水平均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P=0.0038,P=0.027 6;P=0.001 2,P=0.002 7)。解毒活血組患者術(shù)后cTn I和CK-MB升高大于正常值3倍者構(gòu)成比均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P=0.008 2,P=0.007 6)。結(jié)論術(shù)前給予解毒活血配方顆粒對(duì)于PCI圍手術(shù)期病人的心肌損傷具有一定的保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of jiedu Huoxue recipe on perioperative myocardial injury in (PCI) patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods 160 patients with angina pectoris undergoing PCI were randomly divided into two groups: detoxification group (n = 84) and control group (n = 76). The patients in group A were treated with routine therapy and were given jiedu Huoxue formula granules once a day on the 7th day before operation. The control group was treated with basic drugs. Serum creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) and troponin I (cTn I) were measured before and 12 h and 24 h after PCI. Results the levels of 24 h cTn I and CK-MB in the detoxification and promoting blood circulation group at 12 h after PCI were significantly lower than those in the control group (P = 0.0038, P = 0.027 6, P = 0.001 2, P = 0.002 7). The ratio of cTn I and CK-MB increased more than 3 times of the normal value in the detoxification and activating blood circulation group after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P = 0.008 2, P < 0.007 6). Conclusion pre-operative administration of jiedu Huoxue formula granules has certain protective effect on myocardial injury in patients with PCI during perioperative period.
