【摘要】：正非洲裔美國人在美國各種族(民族)中高血壓患病率(男性為40.8%,女性為41.5%)最高。有證據(jù)表明,與美國其他種族(民族)相比,非洲裔美國人高血壓與因心肌梗死、腦卒中和終末期腎臟疾病引起的過早功能喪失和死亡呈不成比例地升高相關。需要確定控制非洲裔美國人危險因素的措施,以減輕其發(fā)生高血壓的風險。在許多其他人群中已證實,體力活動對預防高血壓有保護作用。因此,高血壓指南推薦采用體力活動作為預防性生活行為方式。較少研究報道非洲
[Abstract]:African-Americans have the highest prevalence of hypertension (40.8 percent for men and 41.5 percent for women) among all races in the United States. Evidence suggests that African-American hypertension is associated with a disproportionate increase in premature loss of function and death from myocardial infarction stroke and end-stage renal disease compared with other races in the United States. Measures to control risk factors for African-Americans need to be identified to reduce their risk of developing high blood pressure. Physical activity has been shown to protect against hypertension in many other populations. Therefore, physical activity is recommended as a preventive lifestyle in hypertension guidelines.
