冠狀動(dòng)脈病變嚴(yán)重程度與血清脂蛋白磷脂酶及脂聯(lián)素水平的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2及脂聯(lián)素水平與冠狀動(dòng)脈病變嚴(yán)重程度的關(guān)系。方法選取冠心病患者106例,根據(jù)Gensini積分分成3個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組:積分30分(31例)、30~90分(38例)、90分(37例);同期體檢健康老年人30例為對(duì)照組。4組成員均于清晨空腹采血,1 500 r/min離心,10 min,留血清待測(cè)。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法和實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量法檢測(cè)血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2及脂聯(lián)素水平,進(jìn)行積分與各種檢驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,3個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)組血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2水平均明顯升高、脂聯(lián)素水平均明顯降低(P0.05),且有隨積分的增高血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2水平升高、脂聯(lián)素水平降低的趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。冠狀動(dòng)脈病變嚴(yán)重程度與血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2水平呈正相關(guān)(r=1.318,P0.05)、與血清脂聯(lián)素水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.969,P0.05)。結(jié)論血漿脂蛋白磷脂酶A2和脂聯(lián)素聯(lián)合檢測(cè),可判斷冠心病患者冠脈病變嚴(yán)重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum lipoprotein phospholipase A 2 and adiponectin levels and severity of coronary artery disease. Methods 106 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into 3 groups according to Gensini score: 30 points (31 cases), 30 points (38 cases) and 90 points (37 cases). At the same time, 30 healthy elderly were taken as the control group. All the 4 groups were taken fasting blood in the morning, centrifuged at 1,500 r/min, and kept serum for 10 min, to be tested. Serum lipoprotein phospholipase A _ 2 and adiponectin levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and real-time fluorescence quantitative method. Results compared with the control group, the levels of serum lipoprotein phospholipase A _ 2 and adiponectin were significantly increased in the three experimental groups (P 0.05), and the serum lipoprotein phospholipase A _ 2 level was increased with the increase of the integrals, and the level of lipoprotein phospholipase A _ 2 in serum was significantly higher than that in the control group. Adiponectin level decreased trend (P0.05). The severity of coronary artery disease was positively correlated with serum lipoprotein phospholipase A 2 level (r = 1.318, P0.05), and negatively correlated with serum adiponectin level (r = 0.969, P0.05). Conclusion the combined detection of lipoprotein phospholipase A 2 and adiponectin can judge the severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease.
