【摘要】：正Ca~(2+)作為一種最廣泛而又最重要的細(xì)胞內(nèi)第二信使參與了各種細(xì)胞的病理生理過(guò)程。在心肌細(xì)胞的收縮、舒張過(guò)程中,每一次的興奮一收縮耦聯(lián)都伴隨著細(xì)胞內(nèi)Ca2+濃度改變,這種濃度變化的時(shí)間及空間效應(yīng)形成了心肌細(xì)胞內(nèi)的鈣信號(hào)。由于Ca~(2+)在生物體內(nèi)具有十分重要的地位及作用,鈣信號(hào)的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制是非常復(fù)雜的,鈣信號(hào)與心血管疾病密切相關(guān)。1鈣信號(hào)的基本特征鈣信號(hào)有多種表現(xiàn)形式,如鈣火花、鈣瞬變、鈣波、鈣空穴、鈣星。鈣火花是鈣信號(hào)的基本單元,是指心肌細(xì)胞
[Abstract]:As one of the most extensive and important intracellular second messengers, positive Ca~ (2) participates in the pathophysiological process of various cells. In the process of myocardial cell contraction and relaxation, each excitation-contraction coupling is accompanied by the change of intracellular Ca2 concentration. The temporal and spatial effects of this concentration change form the intracellular calcium signal. Because Ca~ (2) plays a very important role in organism, the regulation mechanism of calcium signal is very complex, and calcium signal is closely related to cardiovascular disease. 1 the basic characteristic calcium signal of calcium signal has many manifestations. Such as calcium sparks, calcium transient, calcium waves, calcium holes, calcium stars. Calcium spark is the basic unit of calcium signal. It refers to cardiac myocytes.
