【摘要】：目的：探討丹參多酚酸鹽注射液對(duì)冠狀動(dòng)脈介入圍術(shù)期心肌損害的保護(hù)作用。方法：調(diào)查2015年5-8月浙江省邵逸夫醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科擇期行PCI治療的穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者中使用丹參多酚酸鹽注射液和未使用丹參多酚酸鹽注射液患者臨床資料,分析比較兩組患者術(shù)前、術(shù)后0、8、16h心肌損傷標(biāo)志物變化情況,包括肌鈣蛋白I(cTn-Ⅰ)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌紅蛋白(MYO)。結(jié)果：治療組PCI術(shù)后8h、16h測(cè)定的cTn-Ⅰ、CK-MB及MYO均較對(duì)照組低(P0.05)。結(jié)論：丹參多酚酸鹽注射液對(duì)冠脈介入圍術(shù)期心肌損傷有保護(hù)作用。
