維吾爾族高血壓患者心血管反應(yīng)與競爭態(tài)度的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的研究新疆維吾爾族高血壓患者競爭態(tài)度的特點(diǎn),分析心血管反應(yīng)與競爭態(tài)度關(guān)系,提高高血壓患者的健康水平。方法采用便利抽樣法,于2013年12月—2014年1月,選取新疆石河子鄉(xiāng)沙依巴克村的維吾爾族村民140例為研究對象,分為高血壓組(61例)和非高血壓組(79例)。采用應(yīng)激試驗(yàn),記錄不同時期研究對象的收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)、心率(HR)。并對其進(jìn)行競爭態(tài)度量表(維語版)(CAS-U)調(diào)查。結(jié)果兩組年齡分布、體質(zhì)量、體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI),基線期、回憶任務(wù)期、恢復(fù)期SBP、DBP比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組基線期、回憶任務(wù)期、恢復(fù)期HR,良性競爭分量表、過度競爭分量表評分比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,BMI是高血壓的影響因素[OR=0.96,95%CI(0.93,0.98),P0.05]。Pearson相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示,過度競爭分量表評分與基線期到回憶任務(wù)期HR波動值呈正相關(guān)(r=0.32,P=0.01)。多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,過度競爭是基線期到回憶任務(wù)期HR波動值的影響因素(β=2.01,t=2.58,P=0.01)。結(jié)論BMI是高血壓的影響因素,過度競爭態(tài)度與心血管反應(yīng)指標(biāo)存在相關(guān)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of competitive attitude of Uygur hypertension patients in Xinjiang and analyze the relationship between cardiovascular response and competitive attitude in order to improve the health level of hypertension patients. Methods from December 2013 to January 2014, 140 Uyghur villagers from Shaibuk village, Shihezi Township, Xinjiang, were divided into hypertension group (61 cases) and non-hypertensive group (79 cases) by means of convenient sampling. The patients were divided into two groups: hypertension group (n = 61) and non-hypertensive group (n = 79). Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR).) were recorded by stress test. The competitive attitude scale (Uighur version) (CAS-U) was investigated. Results there were significant differences in age distribution, body mass, body mass index (BMI), basal phase of (BMI), recall period and recovery stage of SBP,DBP between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline stage, recall task stage, convalescence stage HR, benign competition subscale and excessive competition subscale score (P0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI was an influential factor in hypertension [OR=0.96,95%CI (0.93, 0.98), P0.05]. There was a positive correlation between the score of hypercompetitive subscale and the fluctuation of HR from baseline stage to recall task period (r = 0.32, P < 0.01). The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that excessive competition was the influencing factor of HR volatility from baseline stage to recall task period (尾 = 2.01, t = 2.58, P0. 01). Conclusion BMI is an influential factor of hypertension. There is a correlation between excessive competitive attitude and cardiovascular response index.
