【摘要】：目的評價嶺南健脾生髓膏(簡稱"嶺南膏方")聯(lián)合促紅細(xì)胞生成素治療腫瘤相關(guān)性貧血的療效。方法采用前瞻、隨機(jī)、對照研究方法,將111例腫瘤相關(guān)性貧血患者分為觀察組51例和對照組60例。觀察組:以嶺南膏方聯(lián)合促紅細(xì)胞生成素治療,21 d為1個療程,共2個療程。對照組:以促紅細(xì)胞生成素治療,21 d為1個療程,共2個療程。結(jié)果在中重度腫瘤相關(guān)性貧血患者中,觀察組患者RBC、Hb及貧血生命質(zhì)量測定量表評分、體力疲勞積分改善,輸血頻次降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論嶺南膏方聯(lián)合促紅素治療中重度腫瘤相關(guān)性貧血患者有一定療效,可改善患者生存質(zhì)量,降低輸血頻次,是其不錯的治療選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined erythropoietin ("Lingnan paste square") combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of tumor-related anemia. Methods 111 cases of tumor-related anemia were divided into the observation group (51 cases) and the control group (60 cases) by a prospective, random and control method. Observation group: The treatment of erythropoietin with Lingnan ointment,21 days as a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment. The control group was treated with erythropoietin, and 21 d was a course of treatment. Results In the patients with moderate to severe tumor-related anemia, the scores of RBC, Hb and the life quality of anemia, the improvement of physical fatigue score, the decrease of blood transfusion frequency and the difference of blood transfusion frequency were observed in the patients with moderate to severe tumor-related anemia (P0.05). Conclusion Lingnan ointment can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the frequency of blood transfusion, and it is a good choice for treatment of patients with moderate to severe tumor-related anemia.
