【摘要】：目的探討原發(fā)性高血壓病人血壓、血管內(nèi)皮功能與超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(high-sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的關(guān)系。方法入選111例未經(jīng)治療的輕度原發(fā)性高血壓病病人,并根據(jù)hs-CRP的數(shù)值將高血壓病人分為2組:高h(yuǎn)s-CRP組(hs-CRP2.78)42例和低hs-CRP組(hs-CRP≤2.78)69例。所有受試者均行Endo-PAT2000無創(chuàng)內(nèi)皮功能檢測儀檢測反應(yīng)性充血指數(shù)(reactive hyperemia index,RHI),并檢測hs-CRP,測量收縮壓及舒張壓。結(jié)果高h(yuǎn)s-CRP組收縮壓及脈壓明顯高于低hs-CRP組;Pearson相關(guān)分析結(jié)果表明,hs-CRP與收縮壓(r=-0.247,P=0.010)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論炎性反應(yīng)因子可能與原發(fā)性高血壓病人血管內(nèi)皮損傷有關(guān),但仍需要進(jìn)一步縱向研究來更好的闡明內(nèi)皮功能與炎性反應(yīng)因子之間的因果關(guān)系。
