【摘要】：動脈粥樣硬化是一種常見的心血管疾病,為心腦血管疾病的最主要病理基礎(chǔ),近年來其發(fā)病率和死亡率顯著上升,成為迫切要解決的關(guān)鍵問題。Salusins是一種新的血管活性肽,大量研究表明在動脈粥樣硬化斑塊中Salusins高表達(dá),在動脈粥樣硬化發(fā)生和進(jìn)展中發(fā)揮重要作用,成為一個新的治療靶點(diǎn)。文章對該領(lǐng)域的最新研究進(jìn)展做一綜述,探討國內(nèi)外有關(guān)動脈粥樣硬化與Salusins的研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出未來在該領(lǐng)域中的展望。
[Abstract]:Atherosclerosis is a common cardiovascular disease, which is the main pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In recent years, the incidence and mortality of atherosclerosis have increased significantly, which has become a key problem to be solved urgently. Salusins is a new vasoactive peptide. A large number of studies have shown that the overexpression of Salusins in atherosclerotic plaques plays an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of atherosclerosis and has become a new therapeutic target. In this paper, the latest research progress in this field is reviewed, and the research status of atherosclerosis and Salusins at home and abroad is discussed, and the future prospects in this field are put forward.
