【摘要】：目的:探討冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸聯(lián)合腦鈉肽水平與冠脈狹窄程度之間的相關(guān)性。方法:收集西安醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院2014年10月至2016年10月收治的151例患者作為研究對(duì)象,其中124例經(jīng)過(guò)冠狀動(dòng)脈造影或冠脈CT確診為冠心病,27例冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化患者為對(duì)照組。同時(shí)于入院后及時(shí)抽取靜脈血,采用ELISA法及電化學(xué)發(fā)光法檢測(cè)血清同型半胱氨酸及腦鈉肽水平,按照冠脈狹窄程度的不同分為三組:0%≤狹窄程度50%為對(duì)照組,50%≤狹窄程度75%為實(shí)驗(yàn)組1,75%≤狹窄程度≤100%為實(shí)驗(yàn)組2。討論各組同型半胱氨酸、腦鈉肽水平與冠脈狹窄程度之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,再然后將三組同型半胱氨酸、腦鈉肽與冠脈狹窄程度之間進(jìn)行方差分析,判斷三組之間的差別。結(jié)果:對(duì)所有患者進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平與冠脈狹窄程度之間沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05);(2)冠心病患者血清腦鈉肽水平與冠脈狹窄程度之間存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),隨著冠脈狹窄程度的加重,BNP水平逐漸升高,實(shí)驗(yàn)組2BNP水平實(shí)驗(yàn)組1對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:(1)冠心病患者血清Hcy水平和冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度之間沒(méi)有關(guān)聯(lián)性;(2)冠心病患者血清BNP水平和冠狀動(dòng)脈狹窄程度之間有明顯的相關(guān)性,可用來(lái)預(yù)估心臟心肌受損的嚴(yán)重性;(3)聯(lián)合檢測(cè)冠心病患者血清Hcy及BNP水平,可能對(duì)于評(píng)估冠脈狹窄沒(méi)有意義。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the correlation between serum homocysteine and brain natriuretic peptide levels and coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
