識別與蛋白C及脂蛋白代謝相關(guān)的遺傳變異性:社區(qū)動脈粥樣硬化風險研究

【摘要】:正先前研究已經(jīng)確定占蛋白C循環(huán)水平變化14%~15%的4個染色體區(qū)域常見遺傳變異。為了進一步了解蛋白C的遺傳架構(gòu),研究人員在一些基因位點進行更密集廣泛的研究,進一步調(diào)查蛋白C的低頻率罕見變異,探尋影響蛋白C基因的新的相關(guān)性。方法與結(jié)果:納入年齡45~64歲的白人10 778和非洲裔3190人,評估遺傳與蛋白C抗原水平的相關(guān)性。用Illumina ITMAT-Broad-CARe芯片和Illumina人類外顯子珠芯片對其他低頻和罕見變異進行直接基因分型。研
[Abstract]:Previous studies have identified common genetic variations in four chromosomal regions accounting for 14% of the changes in protein C cycle levels. In order to further understand the genetic structure of protein C, researchers carried out more intensive and extensive studies at some gene sites, further investigated the low frequency rare variation of protein C, and explored the new correlation affecting protein C gene. Methods and results: a total of 10 778 white people aged 45 to 64 years old and 3190 people of African descent were included to evaluate the correlation between heredity and protein C antigen level. Other low frequency and rare mutations were genotyped by Illumina ITMAT-Broad-CARe microarray and Illumina human exon bead chip. Research
