血清肝素結(jié)合表皮生長因子mRNA水平與急性冠狀動脈綜合征的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:探討血清中肝素結(jié)合表皮生長因子(HB-EGF)信使核糖核酸(mRNA)水平與急性冠狀動脈(冠脈)綜合征的關(guān)系。方法:采用逆轉(zhuǎn)錄-聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)(RT-PCR)檢測50例急性冠脈綜合征患者(ACS組)及100例正常對照組(NC組)血清中HB-EGF mRNA的表達(dá)水平,運用Logistic回歸分析評估其與急性冠脈綜合征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:與NC組相比,ACS組患者的HB-EGF mRNA水平較高(0.22±0.73 vs 0.46±0.14,P0.05)。校正高血壓、吸煙、甘油三酯、總膽固醇、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇、體重指數(shù)等單因素分析中有意義的因素后,HB-EGF mRNA水平與急性冠脈綜合征有關(guān)(比值比=5.813,95%可信區(qū)間:2.342~14.426,P0.001),即HB-EGF mRNA每增加0.1個灰度值,急性冠脈綜合征風(fēng)險增加4.813倍。結(jié)論:血清中HB-EGF mRNA水平升高與急性冠脈綜合征有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the relationship between serum heparin binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) levels and acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of HB-EGF mRNA in serum of 50 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and 100 normal controls (NC). Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate its relationship with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Results: compared with NC group, the level of HB-EGF mRNA in ACS group was higher (0.22 鹵0.73 vs, 0.46 鹵0.14 vs, P0.05). Adjusted for significant factors in univariate analysis such as hypertension, smoking, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index, etc. The level of HB-EGF mRNA was associated with acute coronary syndrome (the ratio was 5.813 95% CI: 2.342 鹵14.426p 0.001), that is to say, the risk of acute coronary syndrome increased 4.813 times with the increase of 0.1 gray level of HB-EGF mRNA. Conclusion: the increase of serum HB-EGF mRNA level is associated with acute coronary syndrome.
