【摘要】：正患者男,52歲,因"胸悶,呼吸困難1個月,再發(fā)加重1周"于2017年3月8日入院�；颊哂�1個月前"感冒"后出現(xiàn)胸悶、輕微活動后感氣促,呼吸困難,不伴咳嗽、咳痰,胸痛,暈厥等不適。入院診斷為擴張型心肌病,竇性心律,心功能Ⅱ級。入院后動態(tài)心電圖(Holter)示:竇性心律,完全性左束支傳導阻滯,60次/min及130次/min的PR間期分別為220 ms及180 ms,QRS波時限為158 ms。胸片示:心外形重
