【摘要】：目的分析國際免疫性血小板減少癥(ITP)的研究現(xiàn)狀與研究熱點(diǎn)。方法檢索科學(xué)引文索引擴(kuò)展板(SCI-E)數(shù)據(jù)庫2006-2016年ITP主題領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn),基于文獻(xiàn)計量方法,應(yīng)用Cite Space軟件分析國際ITP研究的作者合作關(guān)系、時間分布、地域分布、發(fā)文機(jī)構(gòu)分布及主題分布情況,重點(diǎn)對目前ITP的國際研究熱點(diǎn)主題進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果共檢索到期刊論文936篇,2006-2015年ITP主題領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn)量呈穩(wěn)固上升趨勢;研究主要分布于東亞、歐洲及北美洲地區(qū),文獻(xiàn)發(fā)文排名靠前的國家分別為美國、中國、日本、加拿大和英國;論文產(chǎn)出最多的機(jī)構(gòu)為美國康奈爾大學(xué)。動物模型、血小板生成素受體激動劑、幽門螺桿菌根除、系統(tǒng)評價、T淋巴細(xì)胞增殖為研究熱點(diǎn);大劑量地塞米松、基因多態(tài)性、相關(guān)性、反應(yīng)等高頻關(guān)鍵詞為最新研究方向。結(jié)論本文明確了ITP主題領(lǐng)域研究的作者合作關(guān)系、地域分布,以及研究的熱點(diǎn)與趨勢,可以為我國ITP科研領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the current situation and research focus of international immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). Methods to search the literature of ITP subject field from 2006 to 2016 in SCI-E database. Based on the method of literature measurement, the author's relationship, time distribution and geographical distribution of international ITP research were analyzed by Cite Space software. The distribution of agencies and themes is analyzed, and the current hot topics of international research on ITP are analyzed. Results A total of 936 papers were retrieved, and the number of papers in the subject area of ITP from 2006 to 2015 showed a steady upward trend. The research is mainly distributed in East Asia, Europe and North America, and the leading countries are the United States, China, Japan, Canada and the United Kingdom. Animal models, thrombopoietin receptor agonists, Helicobacter pylori eradication, systematic evaluation, T lymphocyte proliferation are the focus of research; High-dose dexamethasone, gene polymorphism, association, response and other high-frequency keywords are the latest research direction. Conclusion the author's cooperation relationship, regional distribution, hot spot and trend of ITP research are clarified in this paper, which can be used as a reference for the development of ITP research field in China.
