【摘要】：由于人口基數(shù)巨大,我國(guó)存在大量心力衰竭病人急需治療,但心臟供體的數(shù)量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足要求。因此,心室輔助裝置在我國(guó)有廣闊的市場(chǎng)需求和應(yīng)用前景。目前我國(guó)心室輔助裝置的發(fā)展相比發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家較為滯后,臨床應(yīng)用也數(shù)量很少,其高昂的價(jià)格是重要制約因素,我國(guó)醫(yī)療資源的不平衡也是影響因素。我國(guó)現(xiàn)已制定各種政策和法規(guī)鼓勵(lì)國(guó)產(chǎn)心室輔助裝置的發(fā)展,也有科研經(jīng)費(fèi)和地方財(cái)政進(jìn)行支持。國(guó)產(chǎn)心室輔助裝置的價(jià)格預(yù)計(jì)會(huì)大大低于進(jìn)口心室輔助裝置,一旦投入臨床應(yīng)用,可以使更多的心力衰竭病人受益。
[Abstract]:Because of the huge population base, there are a large number of heart failure patients in China, but the number of heart donors can not meet the requirements. Therefore, ventricular assistive devices in China have a broad market demand and application prospects. At present, the development of ventricular assistive devices in China lags behind that in developed countries, and the number of clinical applications is small. Its high price is an important constraint factor, and the imbalance of medical resources in China is also the influencing factor. China has formulated various policies and regulations to encourage the development of domestic ventricular assistive devices, as well as scientific research funds and local financial support. The price of home-made ventricular assistive devices is expected to be much lower than that of imported ventricular assistive devices, which, once put into clinical use, could benefit more patients with heart failure.
