【摘要】：目的:觀察福多司坦對(duì)阻塞性呼吸暫停綜合征(OSAS)合并高血壓患者患者的臨床效果。方法:選取55名正常人群以及120名OSAS合并高血壓患者,患者隨機(jī)均分為治療組和對(duì)照組,治療組患者除接受常規(guī)降壓藥物治療處理外,同時(shí)給予福多司坦治療2個(gè)月,對(duì)照組患者給予安慰劑及常規(guī)降壓藥物處理,觀察兩組治療前后的通氣指數(shù)(AHI),血氧飽和度(miniSpO_2),炎性因子ICAM-1、VCAM-1、P選擇素、E選擇素、IL-8、TNF-α、HS-CRP變化情況,并將患者的以上指標(biāo)與正常人群組比較。結(jié)果:OSAS合并高血壓患者M(jìn)T、PMV均高于正常人,以及ICAM-1、VCAM-1、P選擇素、IL-8、TNF-α、HSCRP等炎癥因子均明顯高于常人。聯(lián)合治療后,治療組血壓得到改善,AHI下降、miniSpO_2升高,ICAM-1、VCAM-1、P選擇素、IL-8、TNF-α均顯著降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:福多司坦聯(lián)合常規(guī)降壓藥治療OSAS合并高血壓具有較好的臨床效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Fudolestan in patients with obstructive apnea syndrome (OSAS) complicated with hypertension. Methods: 55 normal subjects and 120 patients with OSAS complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In addition to routine antihypertensive drugs, the patients in the treatment group were treated with Fodolestan for 2 months. The patients in the control group were treated with placebo and conventional antihypertensive drugs. The ventilation index (miniSpO_2), inflammatory factors ICAM-1,VCAM-1,P selectin, E selectin and IL-8, were observed before and after treatment. The changes of TNF- 偽 and HS-CRP were compared with the normal group. Results: the levels of MT,PMV, ICAM-1,VCAM-1,P selectin, IL-8,TNF- 偽, HSCRP and other inflammatory factors in patients with OSAS complicated with hypertension were significantly higher than those in normal controls. After combined treatment, blood pressure was improved, AHI decreased, miniSpO_2 increased, ICAM-1,VCAM-1,P selectin and IL-8,TNF- 偽 decreased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion: Fudolestan combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs is effective in the treatment of OSAS with hypertension.
