【摘要】：目的探討非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平與冠心病患者病情的相關(guān)性。方法對(duì)522例行冠狀動(dòng)脈造影檢查的患者進(jìn)行回顧性分析,根據(jù)冠狀動(dòng)脈造影結(jié)果結(jié)合臨床特點(diǎn)、心電圖表現(xiàn)、心肌標(biāo)志物結(jié)果分為非冠心病組、心絞痛組、心肌梗死組,平均年齡60.00±10.02歲。采用Gensini評(píng)分評(píng)估冠心病患者冠狀動(dòng)脈病變程度,收集所有患者臨床資料,采集靜脈血檢測血脂指標(biāo)并計(jì)算非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇值,分析非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平與冠心病病情的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果三組間的非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平、Gensini積分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);心絞痛組非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平與Gensini積分正相關(guān)(r=0.130,P=0.022),心肌梗死組非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平與Gensini積分正相關(guān)(r=0.213,P=0.048);多元無序Logistic回歸分析顯示,年齡、性別、非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平是影響冠心病病情的危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論非高密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平是影響冠心病患者病情的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol and coronary heart disease. Methods 522 patients who underwent coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed. According to the results of coronary angiography combined with clinical features, electrocardiogram (ECG), myocardial markers were divided into non-coronary heart disease group, angina pectoris group and myocardial infarction group. The average age was 60.00 鹵10.02 years old. The severity of coronary artery disease was evaluated by Gensini score, clinical data of all patients were collected, blood lipids were measured and non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol (NHDL-C) was calculated. To analyze the correlation between the level of non high density lipoprotein cholesterol and the condition of coronary heart disease. Results there were significant differences in the level of non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol and Gensini score among the three groups (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the level of non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol and Gensini score in angina pectoris group (r = 0.130 P0. 022) and Gensini score in myocardial infarction group (r = 0. 213). Multiple disordered Logistic regression analysis showed that age, sex and non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol level were the risk factors of coronary heart disease (P0.05). Conclusion non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol is an important index to affect the condition of patients with coronary heart disease.
