檸檬醛對(duì)花生四烯酸誘導(dǎo)血小板聚集抑制效果的影響

【摘要】:目的探討檸檬醛對(duì)花生四烯酸(AA)誘導(dǎo)血小板黏附性及聚集性的影響,以為臨床有效預(yù)防和治療血栓性疾病提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法采用反應(yīng)酶標(biāo)儀比濁法測(cè)定檸檬醛對(duì)AA誘導(dǎo)血小板黏附性和凝集性的影響,數(shù)據(jù)均采用t檢驗(yàn),以P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)果檸檬醛濃度為111μg/mL時(shí),抗血小板凝集率都差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;同時(shí),不同濃度檸檬醛在AA濃度為25、30、35 mol/L時(shí),也具有抗AA誘導(dǎo)血小板凝集作用。結(jié)論檸檬醛濃度為111μg/mL時(shí),抗血小板凝集效果最佳;同時(shí),檸檬醛也具有抗AA誘導(dǎo)血小板聚集的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of citral on platelet adhesion and aggregation induced by arachidonic acid (AA) in order to provide experimental evidence for clinical prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases. Methods the effect of citral on platelet adhesion and agglutination induced by AA was determined by nephelometry. Results when the concentration of citral was 111 渭 g/mL, the anti-platelet agglutination rate was significantly different, and at the same time, the different concentrations of citral could also inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by AA when the concentration of AA was 25 渭 g/mL. Conclusion when the concentration of citral is 111 渭 g/mL, the antiplatelet agglutination effect is the best, and citral can also inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by AA.
