腸道微生物與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化

【摘要】:腸道微生物通過(guò)其代謝產(chǎn)物參與一些生理及病理過(guò)程。主要介紹了幾類(lèi)與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化相關(guān)的代謝產(chǎn)物,包括膽汁鹽、短鏈脂肪酸、原兒茶酸、氧化三甲胺、脂多糖,闡述其如何影響動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的進(jìn)程,并討論了通過(guò)降低一些有害代謝產(chǎn)物來(lái)預(yù)防與治療動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性心血管疾病的可行性。
[Abstract]:Intestinal microbes take part in some physiological and pathological processes through their metabolites. Several kinds of metabolites related to atherosclerosis, including bile salt, short chain fatty acid, protocatechuic acid, trimethylamine oxide, lipopolysaccharide, are introduced. The feasibility of preventing and treating atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease by reducing some harmful metabolites is discussed.
