【摘要】：目的分析影響經(jīng)皮冠狀動(dòng)脈介入治療(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)術(shù)后死亡的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法選取2006年1月1日~2011年6月30日初次在北京大學(xué)人民醫(yī)院、北京東直門中醫(yī)院、滄州市中心醫(yī)院和洛陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院4家醫(yī)院接受PCI治療并置入藥物洗脫支架的冠心病患者為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其術(shù)后死亡率以及影響死亡率的相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果共隨訪患者3 511人(85.4%),PCI術(shù)后死亡率是4.6%(161/3 511),多因素分析結(jié)果顯示:年齡(HR=1.086,95%CI:1.059~1.113,P0.001)、糖尿病(HR=1.807,95%CI:1.205~2.709,P=0.004)、吸煙(HR=1.873,95%CI:1.205~2.709,P=0.002)、貧血(HR=1.909,95%CI:1.266~2.879,P=0.002)、左心射血分?jǐn)?shù)50%(HR=2.546,95%CI:1.558~4.162,P0.001)和雙聯(lián)抗血小板治療(dual antiplatelet therapy,DAPT)時(shí)間1年(HR=0.029,95%CI:0.013~0.067,P0.001)與患者PCI術(shù)后死亡率相關(guān)。結(jié)論年齡、糖尿病、吸煙、貧血、心功能不良和DAPT時(shí)間1年是影響冠心病患者PCI術(shù)后死亡率的危險(xiǎn)因素,應(yīng)該給予重視和合理干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the risk factors of death after percutaneous coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI). Methods from January 1, 2006 to June 30, 2011, Beijing Dongzhimen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Peking University people's Hospital, was selected for the first time. Four hospitals of Cangzhou Central Hospital and Luoyang Central Hospital received PCI treatment and placed drug-eluting stents for coronary heart disease patients.
