青年與老年尸體頸總動脈流變特性對比分析

【摘要】:背景:研究發(fā)現(xiàn),隨著年齡增加和血壓的增高,血管基質(zhì)退化使彈力層斷裂和破碎,使鈣質(zhì)和膠原沉積,大動脈和主動脈擴張導(dǎo)致動脈僵硬度的提高。目的:對比分析青年頸總動脈組和老年頸總動脈的流變特性,為研究頸總動脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)病機制提供流變特性基礎(chǔ)。方法:隨機取青年尸體和老年尸體頸總動脈組各10個試樣,分別進行應(yīng)力松弛、蠕變實驗,隨機取青年和老年頸總動脈組1個試樣進行組織形態(tài)觀察。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)青年頸總動脈組試樣7 200 s應(yīng)力下降量顯著大于老年頸總動脈組(P0.05);(2)青年頸總動脈組試7 200 s應(yīng)變上升量顯著大于老年頸總動脈組(P0.05);(3)掃描電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),老年頸總動脈組可見脂質(zhì)斑塊,泡沫細胞積聚,內(nèi)彈力層和中彈力板發(fā)生變性、斷裂和崩解,內(nèi)膜和中膜可見大量的斑快和炎細胞浸潤,組織形態(tài)具有動脈粥樣硬化的特征;青年頸總動脈組未見粥樣硬化斑塊;(4)結(jié)果說明,隨著年齡的增加,老年頸總動脈彈性纖維和膠原纖維的排列關(guān)系被打亂,其應(yīng)力松弛、蠕變特性發(fā)生了改變。
[Abstract]:Background: with the increase of age and blood pressure, the degeneration of vascular matrix leads to the breaking and breaking of elastic layer, the deposition of calcium and collagen, and the increase of arterial stiffness due to dilatation of aorta and aorta. Objective: to compare and analyze the rheological characteristics of common carotid artery in young and old people, and to provide a basis for studying the pathogenesis of common carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods: ten specimens of common carotid artery of young cadavers and 10 specimens of common carotid artery of old cadavers were randomly selected for stress relaxation and creep test. Results and conclusion: (1) the stress decrease of 7 200s in the young common carotid artery group was significantly higher than that in the elderly common carotid artery group (P0.05); (2), and the increase of the strain at 7 200 s in the young common carotid artery group was significantly higher than that in the elderly common carotid artery group (P0.05); (3). In the elderly common carotid artery group, lipid plaque, foam cell accumulation, degeneration, rupture and disintegration of the inner elastic layer and the elastic plate were observed. A large number of plaque and inflammatory cells were found in the intima and media, and the tissue morphology was characterized by atherosclerosis. (4) the results showed that the arrangement of elastic fibers and collagen fibers in the common carotid artery was disturbed with the increase of age, and the stress relaxation and creep characteristics of the common carotid artery were changed.
