【摘要】：目的分析老年高血壓患者外周血內(nèi)脂素水平變化與氧化應(yīng)激的促炎因子的關(guān)系。方法老年高血壓患者40例為觀察組,老年健康體檢者50例為對照組。檢測并對比兩組外周血內(nèi)脂素、炎癥因子及氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)。結(jié)果觀察組內(nèi)脂素水平顯著高于對照組(P0.01),觀察組血清白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-6水平顯著高于對照組(P0.01)。觀察組C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)水平顯著高于對照組,且超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平顯著低于對照組(P0.01)。相關(guān)性分析顯示,觀察組外周血內(nèi)脂素水平與IL-6(r=0.630,P0.01)及CRP(r=0.883,P0.01)呈正相關(guān),與SOD(r=-0.872,P0.01)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論老年高血壓患者外周血內(nèi)脂素水平顯著升高,且與氧化應(yīng)激及促炎因子水平密切相關(guān),具有一定臨床檢測價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between lipid level in peripheral blood and oxidative stress proinflammatory factor in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 40 elderly patients with hypertension were treated as observation group and 50 elderly healthy persons as control group. The levels of lipid, inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected and compared. Results the level of lipid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0. 01), and the serum interleukin (IL)-6 level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0. 01). The levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01). The correlation analysis showed that the level of lipid in peripheral blood of the observation group was positively correlated with IL-6 (r ~ 0.630) and CRP (r ~ (0.883) P _ (0.01), and negatively with SOD (r ~ (-0.872) P _ (0.01). Conclusion the level of lipid in peripheral blood of elderly patients with hypertension is significantly increased, and is closely related to the levels of oxidative stress and pro-inflammatory factor, which has a certain clinical value.
