【摘要】：目的探討冠心病(CHD)患者血清血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長因子(VEGF)和幽門螺桿菌(Hp)感染的關(guān)系。方法選取CHD患者60例為觀察組,抽取體檢健康者60例為對照組檢測VEGF和Hp-Ig G,統(tǒng)計組間結(jié)果。結(jié)果觀察組Hp-Ig G感染陽性率顯著高于對照組(P0.05),Hp感染陰性組纖維蛋白原(Fbg)、血超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白(hs-CRP)及白細(xì)胞計數(shù)(P0.05)。觀察組Hp-Ig G陽性血清VEGF及Hp-Ig G感染血清VEGF水平均顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論 CHD患者血清VEGF水平與Hp感染聯(lián)系密切,且用于VEGF及Hp-Ig G的檢測也具有重要的價值,同時還可應(yīng)用于CHD病情評估、診斷及其臨床預(yù)后評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 60 patients with CHD were selected as observation group and 60 healthy persons as control group. The results of VEGF and Hp-Ig G were analyzed. Results the positive rate of Hp-Ig G infection in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The blood hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and white blood cell count (P05) of the fibrinogen (Fbg), positive group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The levels of Hp-Ig G positive serum VEGF and Hp-Ig G infection serum VEGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the level of serum VEGF in patients with CHD is closely related to Hp infection, and it is also of great value in the detection of VEGF and Hp-Ig G. It can also be used in the evaluation, diagnosis and clinical prognosis evaluation of CHD.
