【摘要】：正低氧性肺動脈高壓(HPH)是長期缺氧引起的,以漸進性肺血管阻力升高為主要特征,導致右心室肥厚和纖維化,進一步致右心功能不全和不可逆的右心衰竭,甚至全心衰竭,具有較高的病死率。既往研究闡述了HPH的發(fā)病關(guān)鍵在于缺氧引起的肺血管收縮及肺血管重塑,可能涉及血管有肺靜脈~([1])及肺動脈的中膜平滑肌細胞和外膜成纖維細胞,但不包括肺動脈的內(nèi)膜內(nèi)皮細胞~([2])。其中,肺動脈平滑肌細胞增殖是HPH的主要
[Abstract]:Positive hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) is caused by long-term hypoxia. It is characterized by progressive pulmonary vascular resistance increase, leading to right ventricular hypertrophy and fibrosis, and further leading to right ventricular insufficiency and irreversible right heart failure, or even total heart failure. It has a high mortality rate. Previous studies have demonstrated that the key to the pathogenesis of HPH is hypoxia induced pulmonary vasoconstriction and pulmonary vascular remodeling, which may involve pulmonary vein ~ (1) and pulmonary artery medial smooth muscle cells and adventitia fibroblasts. But the intima endothelial cells excluding pulmonary artery were ~ (2). The proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells is the main factor in HPH.
