【摘要】：目的觀察心舒寧膠囊聯(lián)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療老年慢性心力衰竭的臨床療效及安全性。方法將99例慢性心力衰竭老年患者隨機分為對照組46例和試驗組53例。對照組予以運動康復(fù)訓(xùn)練;試驗組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以心舒寧膠囊每次2.0~3.2 g,tid,口服。2組患者均治療8周。比較2組患者的臨床療效、心功能指標(biāo),以及藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗組和對照組的總有效率分別為90.57%(48例/53例)和71.74%(33例/46例),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,試驗組和對照組的左心室收縮末期內(nèi)徑分別為(31.94±4.68)和(38.85±4.01)mm,左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑分別為(47.21±7.81)和(54.58±7.75)mm,左心室心肌重量指數(shù)分別為(58.84±4.73)和(52.37±5.01)g·m~(-2),左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)分別為(49.91±6.95)%和(44.23±5.29)%,左心房內(nèi)徑分別為(34.34±6.27)和(40.32±6.52)mm,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。2組患者發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)以頭痛、胃腸道反應(yīng)、皮疹為主,且試驗組和對照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為5.66%和10.87%,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論心舒寧膠囊聯(lián)合康復(fù)訓(xùn)練治療老年慢性心力衰竭的臨床療效顯著,其能顯著改善患者的心功能,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xinshuning capsule combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure. Methods 99 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group (n = 46) and trial group (n = 53). The control group was given exercise rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was treated with Xinshuning capsule for 8 weeks on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy, cardiac function index and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 90.57% (48 / 53) and 71.74% (33 / 46), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, The left ventricular end-systolic diameter of the trial group and the control group were (31.94 鹵4.68) and (38.85 鹵4.01) mm, respectively (47.21 鹵7.81) and (54.58 鹵7.75) mm,. The left ventricular mass index was (58.84 鹵4.73) and (52.37 鹵5.01) g m-2, and the left ventricular ejection fraction was (49.91 鹵6.95)% and (44.23 鹵5.29), respectively. (34.34 鹵6.27) and (40.32 鹵6.52) mm, respectively (P0.05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 5.66% and 10.87 respectively with no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion Xinshuning capsule combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. It can significantly improve the heart function of the patients and does not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
