【摘要】：目的:觀察心肌梗死患者溶栓前后體內(nèi)Th17、Treg細(xì)胞及相關(guān)因子含量,從而探討三者的相關(guān)性。方法:提取外周血單個(gè)核細(xì)胞,流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)Th17及Treg含量,ELISA方法檢測(cè)上清IL-17及TGF-β含量變化,實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR檢測(cè)RORγT及Foxp3含量。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者在溶栓前、后體內(nèi)Th17細(xì)胞,IL-17及RORγT含量均顯著升高;Treg細(xì)胞、TGF-β及Foxp3含量顯著降低(P0.05)。與實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者溶栓前相比,溶栓后7 d體內(nèi)Th17細(xì)胞,IL-17及RORγT含量顯著降低;Treg細(xì)胞、TGF-β及Foxp3含量顯著升高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:與對(duì)照組相比,心肌梗死患者體內(nèi)中存在Th17及相關(guān)因子升高,Treg及相關(guān)因子降低,溶栓治療后可使Th17及相關(guān)因子降低,Treg及相關(guān)因子升高。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the correlation of Th17,Treg cells and related factors before and after thrombolysis in patients with myocardial infarction. Methods: peripheral blood mononuclear cells were extracted, Th17 and Treg contents were detected by flow cytometry, IL-17 and TGF- 尾 contents in supernatant were detected by Elisa, ROR 緯 T and Foxp3 contents were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results: compared with the control group, the contents of IL-17 and ROR 緯 T of Th17 cells in the experimental group were significantly increased before and after thrombolytic therapy (P0.05). The levels of IL-17 and ROR 緯 T in Th17 cells were significantly decreased after 7 days of thrombolysis compared with those before thrombolysis in the experimental group (P0.05). Conclusion: compared with the control group, Th17 and related factors increased and Treg decreased in patients with myocardial infarction. After thrombolytic therapy, Th17 and related factors decreased and Treg and related factors increased after thrombolytic therapy.
