【摘要】：缺血再灌注損傷在臨床中十分常見且難以避免,是影響缺血性疾病治療效果的一個重要因素。Klotho作為一種抗衰老蛋白,具有抗氧化應(yīng)激、抗凋亡、抗炎、抑制鈣超載等作用。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外Klotho與缺血再灌注損傷相關(guān)疾病的最新研究報道,就Klotho與缺血再灌注損傷關(guān)系及其作用機制作一綜述,為抗缺血再灌注損傷新藥的后續(xù)研發(fā)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ischemia reperfusion injury is very common and difficult to avoid in clinical. It is an important factor affecting the therapeutic effect of ischemic disease,.Klotho as an antiaging protein, with antioxidant stress, anti apoptosis, anti-inflammatory, and inhibition of calcium overload. This paper combines the latest research report of Klotho and ischemia reperfusion injury related diseases at home and abroad. The relationship between Klotho and ischemia-reperfusion injury and its mechanism were reviewed in order to provide a basis for further research and development of new drugs against ischemia-reperfusion injury.
