【摘要】：目的:初步了解目標(biāo)群體中動(dòng)脈硬化的患病率,研究女性體檢人群持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)與動(dòng)脈硬化的相關(guān)性。方法:選取2016年1月至2016年10月來我院體檢的女性人群,進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的問卷調(diào)查、體格檢查、血生化指標(biāo)測定,共納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的體檢者216例,進(jìn)行焦慮抑郁評分以及臂踝脈搏波傳導(dǎo)速度(baPWV)和踝臂指數(shù)(ABI)檢測,用baPWV和(或)ABI異常作為動(dòng)脈硬化的替代指標(biāo),baPWV和(或)ABI異常者共74例,劃入觀察組,baPWV和ABI均正常者142例,劃入對照組,采用多因素非條件Logistic回歸來分析女性體檢人群持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)與動(dòng)脈硬化的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:兩組體檢者的年齡、靜息心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)患病率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Logistic回歸分析顯示年齡、靜息心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)是動(dòng)脈硬化的影響因素,其OR值分別為2.734(95%CI:2.216~3.363),2.378(95%CI:1.609~3.442),3.165(95%:為2.544~4.097),1.540(95%CI:1.059~2.063),1.902(95%CI:1.352~2.571),在校正了年齡、靜息心率、收縮壓、舒張壓等因素后,持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)仍與動(dòng)脈硬化相關(guān),其OR值為1.485(95%CI:1.052~1.973)。結(jié)論:1.在控制了血糖、血脂、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、吸煙、血同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸等傳統(tǒng)心血管危險(xiǎn)因素后,年齡、靜息心率、收縮壓、舒張壓、持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)是女性體檢人群動(dòng)脈硬化的危險(xiǎn)因素。2.女性體檢人群持續(xù)焦慮和(或)抑郁狀態(tài)與動(dòng)脈硬化獨(dú)立正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of arteriosclerosis in the target population and to study the relationship between persistent anxiety and / or depression and arteriosclerosis. Methods: from January 2016 to October 2016, a total of 216 women who met the standard of physical examination were enrolled in the study. Anxiety and depression scores, brachial pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and ankle brachial index (ABI) were measured in 74 patients with abnormal BAPWV and / or ABI as a substitute for arteriosclerosis, and 142 patients with normal BAPWV and ABI in the observation group. In the control group, multivariate conditional logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between persistent anxiety and / or depression and arteriosclerosis. After adjusting for age, resting heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and other factors, persistent anxiety and (or) depression are still associated with atherosclerosis. Its OR value is 1.485 (95 CI: 1.052 / 1.973). Conclusion 1. After controlling for traditional cardiovascular risk factors such as blood glucose, blood lipids, body mass index, smoking, homocysteine, uric acid, age, resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, Persistent anxiety and / or depression are risk factors of arteriosclerosis. Persistent anxiety and / or depression were positively correlated with atherosclerosis.
