腹主動(dòng)脈瘤患者腔內(nèi)血栓厚度及外周血中同型半胱氨酸與C反應(yīng)蛋濃度的臨床意義及相互關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:探討腹主動(dòng)脈瘤(AAA)患者瘤腔內(nèi)血栓(ILT)厚度及外周血中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)與C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)濃度的臨床意義及相互關(guān)系。方法:選取2014年1月—2015年12月年間收治的AAA患者60例,以ELISA法測(cè)定外周血中Hcy濃度和CRP濃度,影像學(xué)方法測(cè)定ILT厚度。分析ILT厚度與臨床因素的關(guān)系,以及ILT厚度、Hcy、CRP之間的相互關(guān)系。結(jié)果:厚ILT(厚度≥7.8mm)患者的高血壓史比例、Hcy和CRP濃度明顯高于薄ILT(厚度7.8mm)患者(均P0.05);相關(guān)分析顯示,Hcy濃度與ILT厚度(r=0.942)、ILT厚度/AAA最大直徑比值(r=0.844)、AAA最大直徑(r=0.505)均呈明顯正相關(guān)(均P0.05),而CRP濃度與其他因素間均無相關(guān)(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:ILT厚度、外周血Hcy與CRP濃度均可能是AAA進(jìn)展的危險(xiǎn)因素,且ILT厚度與Hcy濃度之間可能存在相互促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。
