【摘要】：正當(dāng)臨床心臟及大血管CT顯示密度減低時(shí),多數(shù)病例經(jīng)過(guò)血液檢驗(yàn)證實(shí)存在貧血。貧血是指人體外周血紅細(xì)胞容量減少,低于正常范圍下限的一種常見(jiàn)的臨床癥狀,它的發(fā)生較為普遍,發(fā)生率是預(yù)計(jì)的4~6倍~〔1〕。本文對(duì)體部CT評(píng)價(jià)貧血的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。1一般資料住院病例較門(mén)診病例保存時(shí)間久,具有統(tǒng)一管理、隨訪方便、資料齊全等特點(diǎn),因而一般以住院病例為研究對(duì)象~〔2~6〕。張玉忠等~〔7~9〕病例的納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):1平掃前未行碘過(guò)敏實(shí)驗(yàn),未
[Abstract]:In most cases, anemia was confirmed by blood tests when CT showed a decrease in density of the heart and large vessels. Anemia is a common clinical symptom of human peripheral blood erythrocyte volume decrease, which is lower than the lower limit of normal range. Its occurrence is relatively common, and the incidence rate is 4 ~ (1) times as predicted. This article reviews the research progress in evaluation of anemia by CT. 1 the general data of inpatients are longer than that of outpatients, and have the characteristics of unified management, convenient follow-up, complete data and so on. Therefore, the inpatient cases were generally studied as ~ (2 + 6). Inclusion criteria for Zhang Yuzhong et al. ~ (7 / 9) case: no iodine allergy test was performed before scan at 1: 1, no iodine allergy test was performed, and no iodine allergy test was performed.
