【摘要】：目的探討血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)化酶(ACE)基因和ACE2基因遺傳變異與中國(guó)北方漢族人群冠心病(CHD)的關(guān)系。方法選擇在吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院確診并住院的246例CHD患者和同期進(jìn)行健康體檢的251例正常人為研究對(duì)象,采用聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)-限制性片段長(zhǎng)度多態(tài)性(PCRRFLP)技術(shù)檢測(cè)ACE基因rs4461142位點(diǎn)及ACE2基因rs1514283位點(diǎn)的多態(tài)性并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果病例組和對(duì)照組高血壓、糖尿病所占的比例具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);兩組rs4267385位點(diǎn)、rs1514283位點(diǎn)等位基因和基因型頻數(shù)分布無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 ACE基因rs4267385位點(diǎn)和ACE2基因rs1514283位點(diǎn)可能不是中國(guó)北方漢族人群CHD的易感位點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene and ACE2 gene genetic variation and coronary heart disease (CHD) in Chinese Han population. Methods 246 CHD patients who were diagnosed and hospitalized in the first Hospital of Jilin University and 251 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the study subjects. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR RFLP) was used to detect the polymorphism of ACE gene rs4461142 locus and ACE2 gene rs1514283 locus. Results there was significant difference in the proportion of hypertension and diabetes between the case group and the control group (P0.05), while there was no significant difference in alleles and genotype frequencies of rs1514283 at rs4267385 locus between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion ACE gene rs4267385 locus and ACE2 gene rs1514283 locus may not be susceptible to CHD in Han population of northern China.
