【摘要】：目的:觀察益氣活血方藥聯(lián)合西藥治療冠心病心氣虛證患者的臨床療效。方法:將60例中醫(yī)辨證為冠心病心氣虛證的病人,隨機(jī)分為治療組30例和對(duì)照組30例,對(duì)照組給予西藥常規(guī)治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加服中藥益氣活血方藥,療程為4個(gè)周。治療后觀察兩組心絞痛癥狀、心電圖表現(xiàn)以及心功能改善情況。結(jié)果:治療組、對(duì)照組心絞痛癥狀改善的總有效率分別為86.7%、76.7%(P0.05);治療組、對(duì)照組心電圖改善的總有效率分別為90.0%,73.3%(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益氣活血方藥治療冠心病心絞痛之心氣虛證有確切療效,與冠心病內(nèi)科常規(guī)治療用的西藥具有協(xié)同增效的作用,能夠明顯提高臨床療效,發(fā)揮了中醫(yī)藥的優(yōu)勢(shì)和特色。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine in treating patients with heart qi deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease. Methods: 60 cases of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for four weeks. After treatment, the symptoms of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and cardiac function were observed. Results: in the treatment group, the total effective rate of angina pectoris symptom improvement in the control group was 86.7% (P0.05), while in the treatment group, the total effective rate of ECG improvement in the control group was 90.073% (P0.05). Conclusion: the prescription of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation has definite curative effect on heart qi deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. It has synergistic effect with the western medicine used in the routine treatment of coronary heart disease, and can obviously improve the clinical curative effect and bring into play the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
