【摘要】：目的了解黑龍江省大慶市龍鳳社區(qū)居民高血壓的患病率、知曉率、治療率、控制率及其高血壓患病的影響因素,為高血壓的預(yù)防控制提供參考依據(jù)。方法于2015年2月—2016年4月采用簡(jiǎn)單隨機(jī)抽樣方法在大慶市龍鳳社區(qū)抽取9 419名≥15歲居民進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和體格檢查。結(jié)果大慶市龍鳳社區(qū)9 419名≥15歲居民中,高血壓患病2 181例,高血壓患病率為23.16%;2 181例高血壓患病居民中的知曉率、治療率和控制率分別為66.35%、61.85%和8.62%;多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,年齡≥45歲、飲酒、有高血壓家族史、有糖尿病既往史、有腦卒中既往史、中心性肥胖、超重和肥胖是大慶市龍鳳社區(qū)居民高血壓患病的危險(xiǎn)因素,人均年收入≥20 000元是大慶市龍鳳社區(qū)居民高血壓患病的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論大慶龍鳳社區(qū)居民高血壓的患病率較高,高血壓患者的知曉率、治療率和控制率也有待提高;年齡、人均年收入、飲酒情況、高血壓家族史、糖尿病既往史、腦卒中既往史、中心性肥胖和體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)情況是大慶市龍鳳社區(qū)居民高血壓患病的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence rate, awareness rate, treatment rate, control rate and the influencing factors of hypertension among residents of Longfeng community in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of hypertension. Methods from February 2015 to April 2016, 9 419 residents aged more than 15 years old in Longfeng community of Daqing City were investigated with questionnaire and physical examination by a simple random sampling method. Results among 9 419 residents aged more than 15 years old in Longfeng community of Daqing City, 2 181 cases of hypertension were diagnosed, and the prevalence rate of hypertension was 23. 16% of 2 181 cases of hypertension.
