【摘要】：目的調(diào)查烏魯木齊市不同民族高血壓患者健康素養(yǎng)并分析存在的差異。方法多階段分層抽取60歲以上高血壓患者384例進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果維吾爾族(維族)老年高血壓患者健康素養(yǎng)評(píng)分顯著低于其他民族(P0.05),維族不具備健康素養(yǎng)的檢出率達(dá)到78.8%;不同民族的調(diào)查對(duì)象在信息獲取能力、交流互動(dòng)能力、經(jīng)濟(jì)/社會(huì)支持意愿3個(gè)維度存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),維族此3個(gè)維度的評(píng)分均顯著低于其他民族(P0.05);改善健康意愿維度不存在顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論維族老年高血壓患者健康素養(yǎng)問(wèn)題較突出,社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需要根據(jù)其致病危險(xiǎn)因素、了解慢性病的危害、可接受的主要途徑及有效的宣傳方式有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展健康促進(jìn)活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health literacy of hypertension patients from different nationalities in Urumqi and analyze the differences. Methods 384 patients over 60 years old with hypertension were investigated by multi-stage stratification. Results the scores of health literacy of elderly patients with hypertension in Uygur nationality (Uygur) were significantly lower than those of other nationalities (P 0.05), and the detection rate of Uygur without health literacy was 78.8%. There was statistical difference among the three dimensions of economic / social support intention, and the scores of these three dimensions in Uygur nationality were significantly lower than those in other ethnic groups (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the dimension of improving health willingness (P 0.05). Conclusion the health literacy of elderly patients with hypertension in Uygur nationality is more serious. Community health services need to understand the hazards of chronic diseases according to their risk factors. The main acceptable ways and effective ways to promote health promotion.
