【摘要】：目的探討心肌梗死致心力衰竭程度與生長(zhǎng)分化因子(GDF)-15表達(dá)水平的相關(guān)性。方法 50例心肌梗死致心力衰竭患者為研究組,同期選取入院體檢的50例健康者為對(duì)照組。檢測(cè)兩組靜脈血、血清中GDF-15表達(dá)水平,分析患者心力衰竭程度與GDF-15表達(dá)水平的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果研究組血清中GDF-15表達(dá)水平顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。研究組血清中GDF-15表達(dá)水平伴隨心力衰竭程度的嚴(yán)重而上升(P0.05)。研究組心功能Ⅰ級(jí)8例(16.0%),心力衰竭Ⅰ度21例(42.0%),Ⅱ度15例(30.0%),Ⅲ度6例(12.0%)。Spearman相關(guān)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),心肌梗死患者血漿GDF-15表達(dá)水平與心肌梗死致心力衰竭程度呈正相關(guān)性(r=0.027,P0.05),急性患者的心力衰竭程度越嚴(yán)重,其血漿GDF-15的表達(dá)水平越高。結(jié)論在心肌梗死致心衰患者的臨床診斷中,檢測(cè)血清中GDF-15表達(dá)水平對(duì)判斷心衰程度具有重要價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the degree of heart failure induced by myocardial infarction and the expression of growth differentiation factor (GDF- 15). Methods 50 patients with heart failure caused by myocardial infarction were selected as study group and 50 healthy persons as control group. The expression of GDF-15 in venous blood and serum was detected and the correlation between the degree of heart failure and the expression of GDF-15 was analyzed. Results the expression of GDF-15 in serum of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The expression of GDF-15 in serum of the study group increased with the severity of heart failure (P 0.05). In the study group, there were 8 patients with grade 鈪，
