【摘要】：目的觀察血府逐瘀湯聯(lián)合西藥治療老年難治性高血壓的臨床療效。方法將120例難治性高血壓患者隨機(jī)將分為對(duì)照組60例和試驗(yàn)組60例。對(duì)照組患者給予普萘洛爾片,每次5~10 mg,每日3~4次,口服;卡托普利片,每次12.5 mg,每日2~3次,口服;吲達(dá)帕胺片,每次2.5 mg,每日1次,口服。試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上增加中藥湯劑血府逐瘀湯100 mL,每天1劑,早晚各服用半劑,口服。2組均治療90 d。觀察2組患者的臨床癥狀和血壓變化情況,評(píng)價(jià)2組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果試驗(yàn)組總有效率為95.00%(57/60例),對(duì)照組為78.33%(47/60例),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組患者收縮壓分別為(130.09±9.95),(113.08±15.24)mmHg,對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組患者舒張壓分別為(84.40±9.05),(81.02±6.56)mmHg,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。試驗(yàn)組無(wú)藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,對(duì)照組發(fā)生頭暈1例,2組患者的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論血府逐瘀湯聯(lián)合西藥可有效治療老年難治性高血壓。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine on refractory hypertension in the elderly. Methods 120 patients with refractory hypertension were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and trial group (n = 60). The patients in the control group were given propranolol tablets (5 mg / d, 3 mg / d), captopril tablets (12.5 mg / d, 23 times a day) and indapamide tablets (2.5 mg / d, 1 time per day). The experimental group added 100 mL of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group, one dose per day, half a dose in the morning and evening, all treated for 90 days in the oral .2 group. The clinical symptoms and blood pressure of the two groups were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results the total effective rate of the trial group was 95.00% and that of the control group was 78.33%. The total effective rate of the control group was 78.33%. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, systolic blood pressure (SBP) in the control group and the test group was 113.08 鹵15.24 mm Hg, respectively, and the diastolic pressure in the control group and the experimental group was 81.02 鹵6.56 mm Hg, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no adverse drug reaction in the trial group, but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the control group (1 case with dizziness) (P 0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine can effectively treat elderly refractory hypertension.
