【摘要】：目的:本實(shí)驗(yàn)主要檢測(cè)再生障礙性貧血(簡(jiǎn)稱再障)患者骨髓脂肪組織中血管緊張素原(Angiotensinogen,AGT)的表達(dá)情況,并分析其對(duì)再障骨髓造血的影響。進(jìn)一步探討其在再障骨髓脂組織增多的病理發(fā)展進(jìn)程中所起的作用,為研究再障脂肪組織增多的病理機(jī)制提供實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)檢測(cè)20例再障患者和20例骨髓象正常的白細(xì)胞減少癥患者骨髓組織中AGT的表達(dá),運(yùn)用半定量分析軟件檢測(cè)AGT含量,并且分別對(duì)AGT與LYM、LYM%、NEU、HGB、PLT兩變量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果:再障組血管緊張素原AGT表達(dá)水平(0.86±0.32)較對(duì)照組(0.23±0.16)明顯升高,其中t=7.88,P0.001,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。再障組AGT表達(dá)水平與患者LYM、LYM%呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)關(guān)系(r分別為0.838、0.877,P均0.05),與患者NEU、HGB、PLT呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r分別為-0.667、-0.875、-0.860,P均0.05)。結(jié)論:AGT在再障患者骨髓脂肪組織中表達(dá)顯著增加,且AGT與LYM、LYM%呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與NEU、HGB、PLT呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。抑制再障患者脂肪組織AGT的表達(dá)可能為再障患者提供一個(gè)新的治療方向。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of angiotensinogenin A GTT in bone marrow adipose tissue of patients with aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia), and to analyze its effect on bone marrow hematopoiesis of aplastic anemia. In order to provide experimental basis for studying the pathological mechanism of adipose tissue increase in aplastic anemia, this paper further discusses its role in the pathological development of adipose tissue in AA. Methods: immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of AGT in 20 patients with aplastic anemia and 20 patients with leukopenia with normal bone marrow image. The content of AGT was detected by semi-quantitative analysis software. The correlation between AGT and LYMN HGBP PLT was analyzed. Results: the expression of angiotensinogen AGT in aplastic anemia group (0.86 鹵0.32) was significantly higher than that in control group (0.23 鹵0.16). There was a positive correlation between AGT expression level and LYMN LYM% in aplastic anemia group (P < 0. 05), and a negative correlation between AGT expression and HGBP (P = 0. 05) and 0. 05% -0. 667 (-0. 875) -0. 875- 0. 860 (P = 0. 05), respectively. Conclusion the expression of AGT in bone marrow adipose tissue of aplastic anemia patients was significantly increased, and there was a positive correlation between AGT and LYMU LYM%, and a negative correlation between the expression of AGT and neutrol HGBP PLT. Inhibition of AGT expression in adipose tissue may provide a new therapeutic direction for AA patients.
