【摘要】：目的:Frank征又名耳垂折痕征,已有臨床研究表明其與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性心血管疾病的發(fā)生有一定的相關(guān)性,但發(fā)生機(jī)制不清;Klotho蛋白作為一種多功能蛋白參與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生進(jìn)展已得到證實(shí),而其是否與Frank征的出現(xiàn)相關(guān)尚不清楚。本文旨在探討漢族人群中Frank征與血清中Klotho蛋白的關(guān)系,為更進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)Frank征發(fā)生機(jī)制及其與心血管疾病之間的關(guān)系提供理論依據(jù)。方法:順序選取2015年10月—2016年10月在陜西省人民醫(yī)院心血管內(nèi)科住院的患者,年齡在35歲-70歲之間,均為漢族。按照有無Frank征分為兩組,其中陽(yáng)性組47例,陰性組53例,所有入組患者于住院次日清晨空腹采集靜脈血。采用ELISA(酶聯(lián)免疫標(biāo)記法)檢測(cè)血清klotho蛋白的濃度。采用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的單因素方差分析法來分析Frank征陰性組和陽(yáng)性組對(duì)應(yīng)的Klotho蛋白濃度值的差異。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用散點(diǎn)圖以及相關(guān)系數(shù)分析法分析Frank征和Klotho蛋白濃度之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:Frank征陽(yáng)性組和Frank征陰性組的年齡分布(X~2=8.01,P=0.0050.01)、平均年齡(F=11.05、P=0.0010.01)之間有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,兩組的高血壓、糖尿病、冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性心臟病、復(fù)合疾病病史及性別之間均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。Frank征陽(yáng)性組Klotho蛋白濃度0.32,Frank征陰性組Klotho蛋白濃度0.63,兩者差異顯著(P0.01)。Klotho蛋白濃度和Frank征相關(guān)性系數(shù)為0.52,具有中度相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:Frank征陽(yáng)性患者Klotho蛋白濃度降低,提示Klotho蛋白通過衰老過程在Frank征形成過程中發(fā)揮作用。Klotho蛋白與Frank征有一定相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective: the fraction Frank sign, also known as the ear lobe crease sign, has been shown to be associated with the occurrence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. However, the pathogenesis of Klotho protein as a multifunctional protein involved in the development of atherosclerosis has been confirmed, and it is not clear whether it is related to the occurrence of Frank sign. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Frank sign and serum Klotho protein in Han population, and to provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the mechanism of Frank sign and its relationship with cardiovascular disease. Methods: the patients aged between 35 and 70 were selected from October 2015 to October 2016 in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Shaanxi Provincial people's Hospital. The patients were divided into two groups according to Frank sign: positive group (47 cases) and negative group (53 cases). The concentration of serum klotho protein was detected by Elisa. Univariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the difference of Klotho protein concentration between Frank sign negative group and positive group. On this basis, the correlation between Frank sign and Klotho protein concentration was analyzed by scatter plot and correlation coefficient analysis. Results there was a significant difference in age distribution between the positive group with Frank sign and the group with negative Frank sign (P < 0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of age distribution (mean age was 11.05%, P < 0.0010.01), hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were found in the two groups. There was no significant difference in the history of complex diseases and sex. There was no significant difference in the concentration of Klotho protein between the patients with positive P0.05 and Frank sign 0.32 and the Klotho protein concentration of 0.63 in the negative group of Frank sign. The correlation coefficient between the two groups was 0.52, and the correlation coefficient between the two groups was 0.52, with moderate correlation. Conclusion the decreased concentration of Klotho protein in the positive patients with% Frank sign suggests that Klotho protein plays a role in the formation of Frank sign through senescence. Klotho protein is correlated with Frank sign.
